The Three Musketeers!!! Hermana Perez, Hermana O'brien, and Hermana Adams
The internet wasn't working all day, so we're finally getting to emailing tonight! Today was one of the best p-days of all times. It’s really cold out, so I tucked my dress into my sweat pants, because bare legs aren't very comfortable with frigid ice wind blasting the skin off of them. Well, I forgot I did that and went to do my laundry. Our district leader was like "What are you wearing! You look like a mom from the 80's"! It was way funny. (Where did this Elder live in the 80's? No mom in the 80’s ever tucked her dress into her sweat pants. Ha, ha!) He kept giving me a hard time about it so went to the bathroom to un-tuck my dress. The elder seemed to feel a little better about my wearing my sweatpants under my dress.
We’re officially the oldest district now. My district honestly is like family to me. We’ve got such a great zone, I’m loving it!! We taught some native Spanish speakers this week. It was good for us. I don’t know nearly as much as I’d like to, but it will come eventually. I’m working super hard at it.
It’s so nice to be here with them for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving dinner is at noon tomorrow, probably so that the staff can be with their families. We get a sack lunch for dinner.
Lauren's Spanish Zone It is made up several districts (groups of missionaries), all headed for spanish speaking areas.
"It's really cold out, so I tucked my skirt into my sweats." She's so funny!

I leave December 6th at 8:30 in the morningish and should be in New Mexico by 10:00am.
